These terms govern your use of PigeonKeeper. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

Purpose
PigeonKeeper is a private organisational tool for pigeon identity, pedigree, breeding, care, reminders, inventory, training and racing records. It is not a club registry, ownership certificate or guaranteed pedigree authority.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and backups of information you enter, import or share. Keep an independent backup before replacing a device, reinstalling the app or importing another archive.
No veterinary advice
Health entries, prompts and reminders are general record-keeping features. They do not diagnose illness, prescribe treatment or replace advice from a qualified veterinary professional. Seek professional help when a bird is unwell or urgent care may be needed.
PigeonKeeper Plus
Paid subscriptions unlock the features shown before purchase. Payment is handled by the platform store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Any trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices and taxes are shown by the store before confirmation. Existing local records remain readable if paid access ends.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change to improve safety, compatibility or usefulness. Dates, calculations and recommendations are aids that you must verify against your observations. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without a guarantee that records, reminders, exports or services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
