Your data
Delete PigeonKeeper data
PigeonKeeper does not require an account. Your loft records stay on your device unless you enable optional cloud synchronization, and both local data and a cloud account can be deleted in the app.
Updated 9 September 2026
Delete everything stored by the app
Open PigeonKeeper and go to Settings → Data → Delete all local data. Confirm the warning to permanently remove the loft database, bird photographs and other app-managed media from that device. You can also remove the app, but using the in-app control first makes the deletion explicit.
This action cannot delete copies that you previously exported, backed up, printed or shared. Delete those copies from their destination separately.
Delete an optional cloud account
Open Settings → Cloud synchronization → Delete cloud account. The cloud copy of lofts you own, their stored attachments, shared access and the account are permanently deleted. Local records already on the device remain available offline and can be deleted separately with the control above.
Request deletion from app services
Email [email protected] with the subject “PigeonKeeper data deletion request”. Include whether you use iOS or Android, your country, and enough information for us to locate the relevant support, purchase, diagnostic or analytics record. Do not send payment-card details, bird records or photographs.
We will acknowledge the request, explain any verification information that is needed, and normally complete deletion within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex or a legal extension applies, we will tell you.
What is deleted
- The optional cloud account, owned cloud lofts, attachments and sharing memberships when deleted in the app.
- Support emails and attachments that are no longer required to resolve the request.
- Analytics or diagnostic records that the relevant provider can associate with the information supplied.
- RevenueCat customer records that can be deleted without breaking legal, fraud-prevention or store-accounting obligations.
Anonymous events may not be linked to the account email, so we may need the identifier or diagnostic information requested during the process to locate them.
What may be retained
Apple and Google control store purchase histories and payment records; manage or request deletion of those records through your store account. We may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records for the period required by applicable law. A minimal record of the deletion request may also be retained to demonstrate compliance. Data queued in secured service backups is removed according to the provider’s normal backup cycle and is not used for other purposes while awaiting deletion.
